While the rooms at Cedars Resort are nothing special, the view makes absolutely up for it and was the reason why we stayed at this cool hotel in Sedona.
We have not found a better Sedona boutique hotel with equally amazing views in the same price range. Therefore if you are looking for a hotel in Sedona with amazing views but don’t want to break the bank, check out Cedars Resort.

Arcosanti is a projected experimental town in central Arizona located 70 miles north of Phoenix towards Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and is probably the most unique place to stay in Arizona.
The late Italian-American architect Paolo Soleri began construction of Arcosanti in 1970 to demonstrate how urban conditions could be improved while minimizing the destructive impact on the Earth. He taught and influenced generations of architects and urban designers who studied and worked with him at Arcosanti to build the proposed “town”.
We explored the grounds of Arcosanti and it’s truly a super cool place in Arizona to stay at. There are several stylish rooms and suites that can be rented.
Unfortunately, when we visited we couldn’t stay there because the “town” was preparing for their annual music festival, but we surely will be back again to fully experience this absolutely unique place in Arizona.
The Canyon Motel & RV Park Williams

Ever stayed in a train wagon? At The Canyon Motel & RV Park, you get the chance to rent an old historic train wagon to spend the night or nights in.
Located in Williams near the Grand Canyon The Canyon Motel is one of the most unique places to stay in Arizona we have discovered.
The Canyon Motel & RV Park also has regular simple hotel rooms inspired by Rout 66 and an RV park.
Surprisingly, the unique Arizona lodging experience is quite affordable, especially given the proximity to Grand Canyon.
To stay at one of those cool train wagons, you have to book early in advance.
