In the following we are sharing our favorite places to hang the hammock to inspire you for your next hammock adventure. From hammocking at night in enchanted forests, to watching amazing sunrises and sunsets straight from the hammock to finding the prettiest beach locations to hang the hammock or hammock spots with the most amazing views.

Always be careful when using a hammock, check the space where you want to set it up and use common sense. Safety is important! Make sure to familiarize yourself with the setup and safety instructions of your hammock and only hang it to suitable and stable trees to avoid injuries and damage. Hammock at your own risk.

We started off our Thailand trip at Andaman White Beach Resort with a bungalow directly by the water and these two perfectly located palm trees right in front of it. If we would have planned this we couldn’t have done it better.

Hammocking at Papago Park in Phoenix, Arizona as the sun set was the prettiest hammock experience. When the sun set the birds started to come out and sing like in the jungle and the sky turned into all colors of the spectrum – from yellow to violet and pink. Just incredible! On top of it all, the lake reflected the surrounding palm trees. Just epic!

This beach cabaña called Lunamiel at Azucar Hotel Tulum is right by the beach in Tulum and was a super good and affordable hotel in Tulum.

There is not much to do at night in the high desert of Joshua Tree, so having a hammock at our Airbnb was the perfect setup for some stargazing and to enjoy the silence of the desert.
